Prerequisites:
- Reading and completing the self-guided exercises in The Ultimate Guide to Energy Healing prior to the training. The Ultimate Guide to Energy Healing by Kat Fowler will provide you a foundational understanding of your own energetic anatomy along with energy healing principles that are foundational before enrolling in the Akashic course. Previous experience working with energy healing on yourself is necessary before learning advanced level clearings. A quiz and small book report will be required for entry.
- You've already completed a good majority of your own healing journey, Over the years you've learned to take personal responsibility for your healing and life. Completing a large portion of your healing journey is imperative prior to working deeply within your Akash.
- A daily meditation practice. The ability to sit in silence and stillness for at least 15 minutes a day is a necessary precursor to your ability to receive clear communication in the records. Daily meditation can also help open your mind, rapidly burn karmic seeds, bring awareness to emotional shadow aspects to heal, and can bring self-awareness to your relationship with your own ego. These are all extremely important prerequisites to receiving accurate and clear high-level information from the Akash when doing readings on yourself and for others. Kat does offer an Online Meditation Training for those looking to start a meditation practice or dive deeper into their current practice, but a meditation certification is not required. However, having the spiritual maturity and discipline that comes with a daily meditation practice of sitting in silence (for at least 15 minutes+) is required.
- Filling out the application for the training. This training will be a massive spiritual up-leveling of your life as we work within different aspects of the Akashic Records and dive deep into our own. Due to the intensive nature of the program, the duration of the course, and the limited number of spots in the class - an approved application will be necessary to enter the Level 1 program.
- Required Reading. In addition to reading and completing the self-guided exercises in The Ultimate Guide to Energy Healing prior to enrolling, 2 additional books will be recommended for the course upon acceptance into the program.
