"I've found these materials very interesting and enjoyable. As a certified yoga teacher I already have some experience with meditation but haven't been able yet to establish a consistent practice. By going through the Meditation Foundations level 1 and the corresponding articles I've developed a deeper understanding on why meditation is so good. I mean, I've always known it was good because after doing it I felt better than when I started :) However, reading so many studies and getting to know what are the actual physiological effects has been of great help. I like it the most that it is more focused on the aspects of meditation that we need to know in order to have a "successful" meditative experience, rather than in the history or origins, which is also mentioned and it is important but I do appreciate the practical approach. "Level 3 is much more challenging since you have to put into practice what you have learnt in the previous courses.
