Best practiced daily over a 4 week period. Start week 1 with the 5 minute meditation, week 2 with the 10 minute meditation, week 3 with the 15 minute meditation, and end week 4 with the 20 minute meditation. This is all suggested, but can be modified to move at your own pace. Comes with an introduction to meditation offering tips to help with the practice.
