​Prerequisites:
  • A Reiki Master Certification is required to enroll in the Akashic Records training. ​A foundational understanding of energetic anatomy and energy healing principles, along with completing a large portion of your own personal inner-healing work is imperative prior to working within your Akash - all of this goes hand in hand with the Reiki Master certification. Journeying into your Akash without doing a large majority of your own healing work is not recommended. Additionally, previous experience working with energy healing on yourself and with clients is helpful before venturing into reading other people's records and absolutely necessary before learning advanced level clearings. Kat Fowler's Reiki Certification program is available as a foundation and will re-open August 1st, 2021. Proof of graduation from an equivalent training may be accepted.
  • A daily meditation practice. The ability to sit in silence and stillness for at least 30 minutes daily is a necessary precursor to your ability to receive clear communication with your guides in the records, as well as for conversing with other people's guides. Daily meditation can also help open your mind, rapidly burn karmic seeds, bring up emotional shadow aspects to heal, and can bring self-awareness to your relationship with your own ego - which is an extremely important prerequisite in order to receive accurate and clear high-level information from the Akash when doing readings on yourself and others. Kat does offer an Online Meditation Training for those looking to start a meditation practice, dive deeper into their current practice or even teach meditation (in the advanced level,) but a meditation certification is not required. However, having the spiritual maturity and discipline that comes with a daily meditation practice in silence (for at least 30 minutes+) is required.
  • Filling out the application for the training. This training will be a massive spiritual up-leveling of your life as we work within different layers and levels of the Akashic Records and dive deep into our own. Due to the intensive nature of the program, the duration of the course, and the limited number of spots in the class - an approved application will be necessary to enter the Level 1 program.
