being yourself

the only way for Barthes to present himself on the edge of reason - logically matching up to his thought patterns - would be to write a work in fragments about himself...

at the end of his autobiography, Barthes asks what he could possibly write about next?

Barthes, you can write about anything. Your book on you set you free. Your autobiography (i'm giving a natural dog supplements pep speech to a dead philosopher - wow) is the ticket to writing whatever the hell you want to. Now, we all know that you are R.B. and you write a certain way...I can see why you would think about the death of the author.

Words are like shedding skin that create dust that is ingested and recycled again...there's a metaphor, i know you hate them, but i am an artist and need to explain things my way. thank you.
